 OVERVIEW This tour visits the bustling Saigon – with special attention given to the country’s culinary delights. Taking boat trip along Hau River as well as visiting the daily floating markets provide ample photo opportunities. A speciality of the region is eel, which is served in floating restaurants along the river banks...
 Day 1: HCM - City tour of SaiGon (no meal) 
Welcome at the airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Take a rest before our city tour starts, visit sites of Reunification Hall, City hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, War crimes Museum, Chinatown, Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Saigon. 
 
Day 2: Tay Ninh and Cu Chi tunnels (B/L)
 We have our breakfast before taking the van at 8:00AM to Tay Ninh with the Great Cao Dai temple (a mixture of Buddhism, Confucius, Taoism, Hinduism and Christian). We see the noon mass (~one hour). Lunch in Tay Ninh. Afternoon we visit Cu Chi - a fabulous tunnel. You will have an opportunity to get the unique experience of guerillas living and fighting underground during the war (a crawl through 50 -100 meters out 200 km of the tunnel system is unforgettable). Local rice paper workshops, nice paddy fields are pleasant sights on the way. Overnight in Saigon. 
 
Day 3: SaiGon to the fertile Mekong Delta (Vinh Long - CanTho) (B/L) 
 Depart at 8:00AM from Saigon heading to the South, to Cai Be. On arrival, walk through the village streets and watch locals making manioc chips before boarding a boat for a journey through the town of the floating market. Cruise through the secluded canals to an island where we stop to enjoy seasonal fruits before our boat takes us to Vinh Long where we get back on the bus for our trip to Can Tho to overnight. 
 
Day 4: CanTho – SaiGon (B/L) 
Early start for a boat trip to Cai Rang floating markets. We stop for a walk on a quiet country road to take in the magnificent scenery and get close to the locals as they go about their daily routine. We try a “xe loi”- the local colonial-era cab     pulled by motorbike, on a country road. In the afternoon, we head back  to Saigon, with a visit at bonsai garden in My Tho. Get back Saigon in the late afternoon. 
 
Day 5: Sai Gon (B) 
Breakfast at your hotel. Free at leisure to be transferred to the airport for the onward flights. Tour ends.

Private tour : To do the tour privately. The tour is not fixed, it is possible to be customized for your group. All service is reserved for your group only. You do not have to share the bus, boat, tour guide with other tourists. One exception, if you stay at the boat in Halong bay - it is like the hotel in Halong - you still have to share the boat with other people.
